Job Purpose:

To expand the company’s client base and increase market share in the Facilities Management (FM) sector by identifying new business opportunities, presenting competitive technical and commercial proposals, and building long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract new clients in the Facilities Management (FM) sector.

• Identify and pursue business opportunities (B2B / Government / Private Projects) from prospecting to deal closure.

• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with technical and engineering teams.

• Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

• Build strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, consultants, and contractors.

• Monitor and analyze FM tenders and coordinate with technical and legal teams to prepare submissions.

• Prepare regular reports on business development performance, including current and potential opportunities.

• Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and sector-related forums.

• Maintain a strong understanding of FM services (cleaning, security, maintenance, energy management, etc.).

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide recommendations to improve offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development within the Facilities Management sector.

• Strong network and relationships within the Saudi FM market.

• Proven ability to prepare and deliver professional proposals.

• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
